Simon Community - Recruitment

We currently need full-time volunteers to live and work with homeless and rootless people in Central London - organising and implementing our busy outreach schedule including four weekly soup-runs, nightly street-work and our home visits program. Volunteers would also be expected to play an active role in the life of the Community, as well as being involved with both campaigning and fundraising.

Applicants must be hard-working, self-motivated and up for a challenge. No formal training is necessary, but an interest in homelessness and issues of social justice is essential.

All full-time volunteers receive comprehensive training, accommodation, weekly pocket money, regular time off, and a holiday allowance.
