News: Liberty oppose the soup run ban
On Friday the charity Liberty delivered a massive container of ‘soup’ to Westminster Council and wrote to every Westminster Councillor saying they had received a barristers opinion that the by-law to ban soup runs would be contrary to the Human Rights act and that they will consider legal action if it is passed.
