Supporting the Simon Community

We need your help! We are an independent charity so our vital work with London's street homeless is entirely dependent on the generosity of the public, trusts and companies. We do not receive any government funding. All our projects - the houses, street work, tea and soup runs, the home visits and the campaigning - are in need of your support.   Join us on a sponsored walk

Help us to give a homeless person a break from life on the streets   Because all our frontline workers are dedicated volunteers - often lending their support round the clock - we are able to keep our overheads to a minimum. This means that your donation directly benefits those that need it most, and that it goes a long way.

Trusts & Charitable Foundations
The Simon Community is very grateful for the support it receives from various trusts and charitable foundations, which help to fund training, salaries, the purchasing of equipment and general running costs. We continue to seek additional support and would be very interested to hear from trusts which have an interest in homelessness.

Community Fundraising
The Simon Community receives support from schools, religious organisations, and local businesses, which initiate collections or hold fundraising events on our behalf. You could help Simon by holding a fundraising event in your local community. Click here for ideas.

Donations of products and services help us to keep our costs down and we are fortunate to receive donations of clothes, furniture and food from many people in the local community.
